About Me

I didn’t begin writing from a place of certainty. If anything, it came from the opposite - a quiet awareness that I had more questions than answers, and that those questions didn’t seem to leave me alone.

Over time, I found myself drawn to philosophy, not in a formal sense at first, but in the way it allows you to sit with a thought a little longer than usual. To turn it over. To look at it from different angles. To ask, why do I think this way?

Life, of course, continued alongside all of this.

I raised a family, became a grandmother, and moved through the ordinary rhythms that most people do. But even within those moments, the thinking never really stopped. If anything, it became quieter… yet more persistent.

Deb Eternal grew out of that space.

Not as a platform for answers, but as a place to put those thoughts somewhere. To write them down, to see them more clearly, and sometimes to let them go.

Some pieces begin with something small - an observation, a passing moment. Others move into deeper questions about mind, meaning, and the nature of who we are. There’s no strict boundary between the two, because that’s not how thinking works.

This isn’t a space built on expertise or conclusions. It’s a space built on paying attention.

If that resonates - if you’ve ever found yourself thinking a little longer than expected about something others move past - then you may find something here that feels familiar.
